An award-winning daiginjo bursting with regional character. Brewed in the Yamahai tradition using locally-grown Miyama Nishiki rice and Masumi's own yeast # 7, Nanago has a mild fragrance and a full flavor distinguished by well-balanced acidity and a clean finish.

The highest point of the sake master's art. Enjoy the full aroma & rich taste of Daiginjo to your heart's content. The sake is made with utmost care under the close attention of our sake master(Toji) , and the rice grains are polished down to less than 40% of their original size , all to create this delightfully refined & involving sake.

MIOYA YUHO YAMAOROSHI JUNMAI MUROKA NAMA GENSHU KIMOTO 17% 720ml

Yamaoroshi is a synonym of “kimoto”, the ancident starter method used to make this sake.

This bottle has  a perfect balance of umami and acidity, a full-bodied palate, and a refreshing finish.

It’s ricey and herbal, with the alcohol so brilliantly integrated you hardly notice it.

Serve chilled. Pair with meat or cheese dishes.

Elegant sake with fruity in fragrance, Goka Sennenju has a delightfully rich body and smooth taste. Excellent for pairing with fine Japanese cuisine such as sashimi, tofu dishes, and lightly flavored sauteed poultry, beef and vegetables. Also excellent for fusion and crossover cuisine which uses such traditional Japanese flavors as yuzu citrus, konbu kelp, dashi soup stock and soy sauce.

NABUBIJIN TOKUBETSU JUNMAI 15.5% 720ml

The sake brewery "NANBU BIJIN" in Ninohe, Iwate, acquired the world's first vegan sake certificate on January 25th, 2019!

This is one of Nanbu Bijin’s regular sake, made with local Iwate Ginotome sake rice. This slightly dry sake can be served a refreshing aftertaste with the soft/light flavor and fine umami flavor. This sake was made as the best of best sake, which goes well with any meal. Nanbu Bijin Tokubetsu Junmai 2017 won “Champion Sake of 2017” at IWC International Wine Challenge!!!  (1,245 brands from 390 breweries around the world entered the IWC sake competition).
